Weird Phone Calls Listening to: Maaya Sakamoto ~ Aoi Hitomi
Monday I was supposed to have my Asian prelim exam, but lo and behold, our prof didn't show up, and the exam was postponed for Thursday. D: Daaang, I'm starting to hate him more and more. XD
Blah. I've been getting funky phone calls lately. D: First one I pick up and no one answers. So the next calls I don't answer. XD Then the next calls ask for people that I've never heard of. Then the most recent asks if I'm interested in studying in Singapore. O_O
I don't know if this is the moment I've been asking for. @_@ It just seems so sudden. Just when I started thinking about shifting, someone comes along and makes things more complicated. XD When I first got a hold of the phone, I thought it was a scam or something. Then as I started talking to the woman who had called and started asking her questions, part of me started realizing that it might not be a scam, and it might be real. She introduced herself as someone from Raffles Education, the corporation that held Raffles Campuses in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India, and China. I asked where she had obtained my information, and I was kinda fazed such that even if she repeated it twice I still didn't understand it. O_o So I told her I'd call her back or email her or something. After that I went upstairs and went to check if they had a site. (Yeah, I was still a bit skeptical.)
So yeah, they do have a site. It's kinda vague. Or maybe I'm just dazed. I even asked my friend in Singapore if the place really existed, and he said that he had heard of it and that it was 40 minutes from his house. XD
I do admit, I'm still a bit overwhelmed. I don't know everything about it yet, but the thought is quite.. distracting. Lol. XD
Hay. More things to think about. XP
Quite honestly though.. I don't think I'll go. But even so, I'll be thinking about it.
